Bright and sunny days replace the gloom,

open windows softly bring

fresh warm breezes to the room

angelic birds begin to sing,

buds of flowers now in bloom...

The cardinal is inviting me outdoors

The rain has stopped and the sun is shining…

So glad to open the windows,

Inviting the fresh spring breeze to enter…
